Gyro Republic provides this website to help you explore our food and contact our team. This notice describes the website’s contact features, not every third-party ordering service or offline business record.

Catering requests and email

The catering form asks for your event date, guest count, occasion, service preference, location, name, email, and optional phone, budget, and notes. It uses these details to prepare a catering request in your browser.

Preparing a request does not send it to us. Opening the email draft passes it to your chosen email application. If you send it, your email provider, our email provider, and our team receive and process the message to discuss your event. Copying a draft puts it on your device’s clipboard. You can contact us directly instead of using the form.

Do not submit payment-card details, identity documents, medical histories, or other guests’ personal information through these contact features.

Email signup and website payments

VIP email signup opens a separate Brevo-hosted form. The form processes the contact details and consent you choose to submit for email updates, with any confirmation steps shown there. Brevo provides the email marketing service for the business. The website itself does not store those signup details. Text signup is not offered, and this website does not process payments or create customer accounts.

A phone or email catering inquiry does not by itself authorize marketing messages. Email signup is optional and not a condition of purchase. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact gyromint@gmail.com for subscription questions.

Technical services

The website’s hosting service delivers the pages and may process technical data such as IP address, browser information, and request logs. Fonts are requested from Fontshare, which receives the technical information needed to deliver them. These providers have their own service practices.

Our page code has no analytics software, advertising pixels, embedded maps, or embedded payment forms. Following a map link takes you to a separate service. Phone and email links open your applications. Third-party services’ own privacy notices apply when you use them.

Storage and security

Our page code does not save catering drafts to a website database, cookies, or browser local storage. Drafts are held in page memory while you use the form. Your browser, clipboard, email applications, hosting provider, and received email messages may retain information separately.

Email is not a confidential-data portal. No website or email channel can guarantee complete security. Contact us to ask about information you have sent and any records the business may hold.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can browse without preparing a request. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you sent, email gyromint@gmail.com. Provide enough information to locate the relevant inquiry, but do not include identity documents unless a secure verification method has been agreed.

Applicable privacy rights, response deadlines, and limits depend on the law and the records involved. Please contact us with your request so the business can review it.

Children and updates

This website has no children’s account or signup program. Please do not submit a child’s personal information; contact us if you believe it has been sent.
