Start with people and timing.
Write down the event date, the time the food should be ready, and your expected headcount. If attendance is still changing, tell us the range instead of guessing a final number. Ask when the headcount needs to be confirmed.
Choose the kind of meal.
Would your group rather share a spread or discuss individual meals? Explore our catering trays to start the conversation. If individual plates or wraps would fit better, use the regular menu for ideas and ask what can be arranged for your group.
The catering menu includes a BBQ Tray, a Mix Shawarma Tray Over Rice, and sharing sides. Confirm the selection, tray sizes, servings, and accompaniments in your quote rather than assuming a photo shows a complete order for your headcount.
Ask about dietary needs before choosing.
Collect the dietary questions your group needs answered. Ask us to confirm ingredients, preparation, and suitable options before placing an order. A menu name or photo alone is not an allergy guarantee. Please do not send guests’ names or medical histories in your catering request.
Make the handoff clear.
For pickup, confirm who will collect the order and when. For a delivery request, include the full address, suite or floor, access instructions, and an on-site contact. Delivery availability, timing, and any charges need confirmation for your event.
Compare the whole quote.
Tell us your total food budget if you have one. Before accepting, check what is included: food quantities, sauces, serving supplies, service charges, delivery if applicable, and any taxes. Ask for the payment, change, and cancellation terms in writing.
Your request, ready to go.
- Event date and preferred serving time
- Expected guest count and any uncertainty
- Menu ideas and dietary questions
- Pickup preference or delivery address
- Budget, if known, and your contact details
Sending an inquiry does not reserve your date. Your menu, service, total, and booking details must be confirmed with our team.
